No, it is without any quests. I just found it odd that nobody farms there, since there are rare skins there.
I was VANQUISHING and I still got quite a few drops, so you can only imagine when there aren't any hench + heroes. |

I farm there... And so do lots of my guildies. Bugs in HM is probably the best bet. Find a build.
